MB West was developed to focus on extremely high quality, detailed project management on a handful of yearly projects serving two to three national or regional clients. The experience we bring to all projects can make even the most challenging remodel or ground-up project go more smoothly.

MB West's goal is to meet and then exceed the client's expectations, and we do this by nurturing long-term partnerships with suppliers, subcontractors, architects and clients.

MB West's commitment is the development of a team that can follow plans and understand the client's overall intent to deliver a quality, economically feasible project in a time frame that works for the end user or group. By building long term relationships we have the ability to mobilize sooner on projects and thus assist with permit expediting, coordination of Landlord meetings, performance of advance capital budgeting and development of detailed, multi-phase schedules as an individual client's needs require.

Our method of operating includes detailed, regular communication and documentation to both the client representative and architect so that a project's status is never in question. We also believe in never bringing issues to a client without aggressively researching possible time and money saving alternatives. We work within a client's culture or specific scope of work to solve problems.
